HR and workplace leaders must navigate complex cultural and organizational conversations in an increasingly polarized environment. This session offers tools to clarify terminology, establish effective communication strategies, and ensure critical workplace discussions remain constructive and solutions-oriented.


How are leaders addressing the persistent equity and inclusion issues that are not leaving the workplace? We can’t solve what we can’t talk about. So, we need to normalize language to address these issues.
