Participants will explore how a strong feedback culture leads to higher engagement, trust, and overall performance.

Employee engagement is key to retention, performance, and workplace satisfaction. Culturally responsive supervision ensures employees feel valued, supported, and connected to their work. April 18th or July 25th, 9am - 12pm

This session offers tools to clarify terminology, establish effective communication strategies, and ensure critical workplace discussions remain constructive and solutions-oriented.
How are leaders addressing the persistent equity and inclusion issues that are not leaving the workplace? We can’t solve what we can’t talk about. So, we need to normalize language to address these issues.
